Mills James’ Pre-Professional (Pre-Pro) Program is an intensive training program for college graduates (within one year of graduating) and individuals who have trained at specialized schools for careers in the creative media production industry.
Mills James is seeking Pre-Pros in:

- Meetings, Events & Presentations
- Field & Studio Production
- Graphic Design & Animation
- Post-Production Services
- Web & Interactive

Referred to as "Pre-Pros," participants work 40+ hours per week during their six-month "auditions." While Pre-Pros’ skill sets need not cover the full range that would be required for full-time employees, candidates must display a strong willingness to learn and show initiative to get the most out of their experience.

Mills James’ Internship Program allows college students to obtain in-the-trenches work experience to prepare for careers in the creative media industry.
Interns can gain practical production and business experience—and sometimes school credit—through unpaid internships.
