Mills James Productions’ Pre-Professional (Pre-Pro) Program is an intensive training program for college graduates (within one year of graduating), and individuals who have trained at specialized schools for careers in the creative media production industry. Mills James is seeking Pre-Pros in: Audiovisual Rentals Meetings, Events & Presentations Field & Studio Production Graphic Design & Animation Post Production Services Web & Interactive Please note, not all positions are available at all times. Referred to as “Pre-Pros,” participants work 40+ hours per week during their six-month “auditions.” While Pre-Pros’ skill sets need not cover the full range that would be required for full-time employees, candidates must display a strong willingness to learn and show initiative to get the most out of their experience.
