Larson spearheads business development for Mills James Cleveland

We welcome Shannon Larson to Mills James as our new Cleveland Director of Business Development in our Account Services group. Shannon will be in charge of building new relationships, top-level interaction with clients, strategic planning and project development.

“Shannon is a very accomplished account manager and a great cultural fit for Mills James. She has boundless energy and a lively entrepreneur’s spirit we were looking for to grow our business in the Cleveland region,” said Cameron James, CEO.

Shannon makes the move to Mills James from a successful career in account management with Cleveland NBC affiliate WKYC Channel 3. She served six years as an Account Executive, generating leads, establishing new accounts and consulting with her clients to help them reach their sales goals and improve brand awareness. She developed promotional programs including sponsorships and telethons that got advertisers more involved and increased revenues. Earlier, Shannon was a Sales Assistant at WKYC where she helped account executives manage client portfolios and coordinated getting spots on the air.

Shannon is a Cleveland native and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communication from The Ohio State University.
