Mills James’ exceptional Client Services team has an immediate opening for a Part-time Receptionist.
Candidates must be professional, dependable, and have excellent client service skills. Duties will include welcoming clients and guests, answering and routing phone calls, scheduling conference rooms, and distributing mail. In addition to these responsibilities, the candidate will be trained to help in our client food and beverage area. This part-time opportunity will require a few daytimes or early evenings per week and could eventually become a full-time position.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to multitask, and competence in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. Prior experience as a receptionist is also helpful. You truly must have a passion for working in a customer-focused, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
This part-time position is based in our main office in Columbus, Ohio.
