Mills James' exceptional Client Services team has an immediate opening for a part-time, back-up receptionist.
Candidates must be professional, dependable and have excellent client service skills. Duties will include welcoming clients and guests, answering and routing phone calls, scheduling conference rooms and distributing mail. In addition to these responsibilities, this candidate will also be trained to help with our Client Food & Beverage area. This part-time opportunity will require a few daytime or early evenings per week and could eventually become a full-time position.
Successful candidates must have the demonstrated ability to multitask and have experience with Microsoft Office applications. Previous experience as a front-desk receptionist is a plus. You must have a passion for working in a customer-focused, dynamic, fast-paced environment.
