We are seeking a dynamic individual who is passionate about fostering client relationships and generating new business opportunities.

This position is based on site in Columbus, Ohio.


  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients’ business objectives and challenges, becoming a trusted advisor for their video and event production needs
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads and securing meetings with potential clients
  • Collaborate with our creative and production teams to develop proposals and pitch presentations that showcase our innovative solutions and capabilities
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and nurturing long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery, meeting client expectations and budgetary requirements
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices, leveraging this knowledge to enhance our services and provide strategic guidance to clients



  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably within the video and event production industry
  • Proven track record of generating new business and cultivating long-lasting client relationships
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong creative problem-solving abilities, with a flair for innovative ideas and solutions
  • Collaborative team player, comfortable working closely with colleagues across various departments and disciplines
  • Solid project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Ability to travel at time to meet with clients or attend conferences
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
