Technology support associate [Cincinnati]

Mills James’ Cincinnati operations have an exciting opportunity for a technology support associate on-site at a client’s corporate facility based in Cincinnati. The primary role is providing customer service for all AV service lines utilized by the clients on-site.


  • Work closely with corporate clients to provide a high level of customer service and expertise in a professional manner through support and coordination for meetings and events

  • Proven excellent client service skills, effective communication, and organizational skills, both oral and written

  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude in an extraordinary corporate client environment

  • Basic knowledge of audio, video, and networking technology for event/installed systems is preferred; Understanding signal flow and IT network administration experience is a plus

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Must be available to work early mornings and evenings


  • Interact with internal teams and clients to maximize the effectiveness of our services and exceed our customer’s expectations

  • Collaborate with clients to support planning and flawless execution for client events

  • Operate and manage integrated AV systems, networked technology solutions, and related devices

  • Support client requests and assist with client meetings/shows

  • Proactively monitor client events and respond to client needs as they arise

  • Perform daily testing to ensure all spaces and systems are functional
