Technology support associate [Cincinnati]
Mills James’ Cincinnati operations have an exciting opportunity for a technology support associate on-site at a client’s corporate facility based in Cincinnati. The primary role is providing customer service for all AV service lines utilized by the clients on-site.
Work closely with corporate clients to provide a high level of customer service and expertise in a professional manner through support and coordination for meetings and events
Proven excellent client service skills, effective communication, and organizational skills, both oral and written
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude in an extraordinary corporate client environment
Basic knowledge of audio, video, and networking technology for event/installed systems is preferred; Understanding signal flow and IT network administration experience is a plus
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Must be available to work early mornings and evenings
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Interact with internal teams and clients to maximize the effectiveness of our services and exceed our customer’s expectations
Collaborate with clients to support planning and flawless execution for client events
Operate and manage integrated AV systems, networked technology solutions, and related devices
Support client requests and assist with client meetings/shows
Proactively monitor client events and respond to client needs as they arise
Perform daily testing to ensure all spaces and systems are functional
