Video Production Professional [Cincinnati]

The AV production technical manager with Mills James works with corporate clients (on-site) to plan and execute flawless, technical live meetings and events. The candidate must be very skilled and knowledgeable with the latest in AV and IT live meeting technologies.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and at least three years of video production experience working as a professional with corporate clients

  • Experience and proficiency in all aspects of video production, including the operation of cameras and lighting in studio operations, field interviews and video editing.

  • Current work samples showcasing proficiency with editing and motion graphics software [Adobe Premiere, After Effects]

  • Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced corporate, professional environment, being proactive and working on tight deadlines

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and work with high-level corporate executives in a respectful, professional manner

  • Must learn and become adept at using Mills James’ Media Pulse facilities management software

  • Valid driver’s license required; may be required to obtain US Passport, if necessary. Must be available for occasional travel and work flexible hours

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with team members and colleagues effectively on video productions in both studio and field productions

  • Knowledge of lighting techniques, shooting, and the ability to work with the production team on innovative approaches to capturing stories on video and editing.

  • Must be a self-starter, understanding and meeting all deadlines with a sense of urgency and work well under pressure

  • Works as part of the creative production team, working jobs ranging from small one camera teleprompter studio executive recordings to field location shoots and documenting keynote speakers and Q&A in large Events.

  • Archives final presentation materials within the video library and provide to producers or clients as requested

  • Possesses a high degree of adaptability to continually changing and faced-paced environments
